In 2019, Bowdoin College hired JF Scott Construction to provide comprehensive preconstruction services on a complete renovation of Sills Hall on the Brunswick Campus. The project consisted of major structure modifications and a complete gut and fitout of the 1950 masonry academic Building. Envelope upgrades included new insulation, vapor barrier, all new custom exterior doors and windows, and repointing/cleaning of the brick facade. Construction commenced in January of 2024 and occupancy achieved in the spring of 2025.
