In 2019, Bowdoin College hired JF Scott Construction to provide comprehensive preconstruction services on a complete renovation of Sills Hall on the Brunswick Campus. The project consisted of major structure modifications and a complete gut and fitout of the 1950 masonry academic Building. Construction commenced in January of 2024 and is scheduled for occupancy in the spring of 2025.
